      InkTec : HPI-8425C, HPI-8449C, HPI-8416P use

1. Assemble the enclosed cartridge opener with butterfly shaped thumb screw and slip the cartridge opener over the top of the cartridge so that the opener lies flat against the side of the cartridge. Turn the thumb screw clockwise until the cap breaks away from the cartridge away.

2. Remove the cap of the ink bottle by twisting it counter clockwise. Attach the refill dispensing needle to the ink bottle.

3. Withdraw the needle about 5mm and inject about 5~6ml of ink into the cartridge slowly.

4. Apply the enclosed yellow tape to the cartridge cap.

5. Wipe any excess ink or foreign material from the print head nozzles, install the cartridge into the printer and run the " Head cleaning" utility.
